Cajun Cream Cheese Alfredo Bowties with Spiced Ground Beef

This dish combines creamy Alfredo sauce with Cajun spices and indulgent spiced ground beef, served over bowtie pasta.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning to the beef, cooking for another minute.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
