  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more Cajun seasoning.
