- 1 head cabbage
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the cabbage into thick steaks.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the cabbage is baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
