  • 1 head cabbage
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick steaks.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the cabbage is baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Remove the cabbage from the oven, top with turkey bacon and diced chicken ham, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding cheese on top before the final baking.
