- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
