Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add in the turkey bacon and chicken ham, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and Greek yogurt.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
