  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and vegetables to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
