Bourbon Peach Roasted Salmon

  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix bourbon, peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
