  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, bourbon, eggs, and spices until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
