1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 package pie crusts
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then remove from heat.
Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each circle.
