- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
