6 croissants
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup milk
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the croissant pieces and gently stir to coat.
