- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling and dark chocolate shavings before serving.
