Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

A delicious and hearty casserole perfect for a brunch or breakfast gathering.

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham into the egg mixture.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour the egg and meat mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top of the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
