  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and seasonings.
  4. Layer the biscuit pieces in a greased baking dish, then add the cooked bacon and cheese on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit and bacon layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
