- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 savoiardi (ladyfingers)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
