BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, BBQ sauce, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  5. Stir in half of the shredded cheese and half of the crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
