  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the gelatin mixture to the warm milk and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before folding in the heavy cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Top with fresh mixed berries before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, adjust the sugar according to taste.
  • Other fruits, such as mango or kiwi, can also be used for topping.
