Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the bang bang sauce and mix well.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
