- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini and mashed sweet potatoes.
- Add flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture and form tots, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
