  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed spinach and turkey bacon.
