  • 6 taco shells
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In taco shells, layer chicken ham, bell pepper, cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the fillings in the taco shells.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the egg is set.
  7. Serve warm.
