  • 2 cups cream cheese

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are slightly puffed.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
