  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the almond and vanilla extracts.
  4. Sift together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
