Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Deliciously crispy salmon bites made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
  5. Dip each salmon piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce and sriracha together for the sauce.
  9. Serve the salmon bites with the sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust the amounts of sriracha based on your heat preference.
  • For extra crunch, spray the bites lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
