These 4-Ingredient Berry Yogurt Popsicles are a perfect way to cool down during the hot summer days while enjoying the delicious taste of berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mixed berries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
